THIRD- EYE CHAKRA (AJNA)

Updated: Mar 11, 2022

The Third- Eye's energetic function is to help us learn to know ourselves: emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

The Third Eye chakra is also known as the Ajna chakra is the center of perception, consciousness, and intuition and is the focal point of concentration during meditation practices. The Third Eye is the sixth energy point of all the chakras. The color that reflects this chakra is Indigo. Indigo encourages the transformation of energies from low to high vibrational.

What makes you unaligned with The Third Eye?

Symptoms of an imbalanced Ajna chakra affect neurons inside your brain,

such as:

  1. Eye Problems

  2. Headaches & Migraines

  3. Insomnia

A person with an overactive Anja chakra should consider spending more time in nature. An underactive third eye chakra could be brought to focus by meditating. Another way to stimulate this chakra is by engaging in yoga.

In particular, the headstand is also known as Shirsha Sana. Practicing this asana is beneficial for improved brain function and regulates all body systems. Stimulating the Ajna chakra also helps to counter the problems of menopause.

Awakening the Ajna chakra brings forth new opportunities and fulfillment with one's life journey.
